1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of mediamarketsale.com and to every order you place with Media Market Sale. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
2. Products and prices
We describe products as accurately as we can. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find an obvious pricing error we will contact you before processing the order.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order we email a secure payment link. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and will refund any payment in full.
4. Shipping
We ship physical items within the United States from Ketchikan, Alaska. Standard shipping costs $7.25 and is free on orders over $57 after discounts. Express shipping costs $16.95. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather and carrier schedules in Southeast Alaska.
5. Digital products
Gift cards, language courses and antivirus subscriptions are delivered by email. They are subject to the issuer's own terms and cannot be returned once the code has been sent.
6. Promo codes
PLAY10 gives 10% off eligible items and cannot be used on gift cards. One promo code per order. Codes have no cash value.
7. Returns
Returns are covered by our return and refund policy.
8. Use of the site
Please don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security or copy its content for commercial use without permission. All logos, text and design belong to Media Market Sale or its licensors.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute will be handled by the courts serving the Ketchikan Gateway Borough, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
